Groups seek answers from Ohio secretary of state after he drops out of voter-monitoring system

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A voting rights group has sent a letter to Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose asking to meet with him so he can clarify his plans after he decided in March to have the state withdraw from a multi-state voter information database.
